Hot melt adhesives are widely used in textile lamination and shoe component industries. This new technology provides the following advantages: 1) faster production speed, 2) lower prime cost, 3) reduced equipment size for production, and 4) environmental friendly. Hot melt adhesives can be applied for laminating two materials directly or pre-coat on one web for further offline heat lamination. |

Upon specific requests, we are able to provide hot melt adhesives with different open times according to the used materials and process conditions. Offline Lamination Textiles and shoe components containing pre-coated hot melt adhesives can greatly increase the value and usefulness of materials.
